### 🔵 New Requirements
This version is now **self-contained** (#1427) — it **no longer** requires the .NET Desktop Runtime to run.
**Minimum system requirements:**
- Windows 10/11 64-bit, version 1809 (build 17763) or later
- _(Optional)_ WebView2 Runtime 64-bit v119.0.2151 or later (for enhanced SVG support)

- Fixed: App crashed when opening Crop tool and Color Picker tool on a second monitor with different DPI (#1758, #1868, #2063)
